Provide general support to the Head of HC & Comms in all comp & benefits perimeter; using all HR systems in an efficient and timely way; keep the Company's personnel records up-to-date; help out with general comp & benefits duties; and other ad hoc activities
Responsibilities: (Day-to-day duties; job process; "typical day")
- Providing Generalist HR Admin. support and deal with all comp & benefit administrative paperwork
- Dealing with new starters, leaver's process & comp & benefits documentation and prepare references
- Compiling data reports (KPIs) for management
- Accurately administering all aspects of the payroll in conjunction with ADP for London Office only
- Administering enrolment for employee benefits (such as BUPA, Denplan, Canada Life, Aviva) processing invoices, and administering the current employees' schemes
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR processes (CIPD Qualified/experienced)
- Managing employee relation issues and grievances
- Reviewing the P11D process and ensure timely submission to HMRC
- Knowledge of UK Tax law, UK employment Law and International Law
- Specialist in UK Pension law and all other benefits e.g. car allowance
- Able to manage payroll software transition (ADP Upgrade)
- Participate to establishment of compensation and benefits policy
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Admin/Ad-hoc experience/comp & benefits experience
- ADP knowledge
- UK Tax Knowledge
- 3-5 years' experience
