Compensation & Benefits Supervisor

Provide general support to the Head of HC & Comms in all comp & benefits perimeter; using all HR systems in an efficient and timely way; keep the Company's personnel records up-to-date; help out with general comp & benefits duties; and other ad hoc activities

Responsibilities: (Day-to-day duties; job process; "typical day")

  • Providing Generalist HR Admin. support and deal with all comp & benefit administrative paperwork
  • Dealing with new starters, leaver's process & comp & benefits documentation and prepare references
  • Compiling data reports (KPIs) for management
  • Accurately administering all aspects of the payroll in conjunction with ADP for London Office only
  • Administering enrolment for employee benefits (such as BUPA, Denplan, Canada Life, Aviva) processing invoices, and administering the current employees' schemes
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR processes (CIPD Qualified/experienced)
  • Managing employee relation issues and grievances
  • Reviewing the P11D process and ensure timely submission to HMRC
  • Knowledge of UK Tax law, UK employment Law and International Law
  • Specialist in UK Pension law and all other benefits e.g. car allowance
  • Able to manage payroll software transition (ADP Upgrade)
  • Participate to establishment of compensation and benefits policy

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Admin/Ad-hoc experience/comp & benefits experience
  • ADP knowledge
  • UK Tax Knowledge
  • 3-5 years' experience
